Rules

As used herein, "Boyd" means Boyd Gaming Corporation.
Delta Downs will be conducting a kiosk promotion open to all B Connected members. This promotion will be made available during the 17 weeks of the regular football season. There will be weekly contest cards with a chance to win FastPlay and entries into the drawing to be held on Sunday January 15, 2012.
All contestants must be B Connected card members.
Membership into B Connected is free and is available at the B Connected club for those at least 21 years of age.
The contest will be administered via promotions kiosks.
The contest begins Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. at which time contestants may also enter their picks for week one.
Each week all card members will be issued one (1) contest card. Anyone with more than one (1) entry will be disqualified
Each week's contest entries may be entered no earlier than 6:00 p.m. each Tuesday, and no later than 9:00 a.m. each Sunday, except week 16. Week 16 contest card must be entered by 9:00 am on Saturday, December 24th as most Sunday games have been moved to Saturday.
B Connected members must submit their weekly cards in person at the kiosk.
Each week, contestants will enter their picks via a touch screen selection at the kiosk. Once the weekly card is selected it will appear with the selected games for the week. Contestants will select their choice of the game winner by touching the team name on the kiosk screen. Contestants will also have the option of using a Quick picks or a Home Team. The Quick picks button will automatically make the selections randomly. The Home Team button will select teams that are scheduled to play at home at the time the promotion begins each week.
Once the contestant selects the submit button for their entry, the entry is final and changes will not be permitted. Once the entry has been submitted via the kiosk, a paper copy of their picks will be generated at the kiosk. If a ticket is not generated, contestant may go to the nearest B Connected club to get a printed copy of their picks. A printed copy of the ticket is not required to win.
The contest involves picking the winning teams of selected games during each week of the pro football regular season's Sunday and Monday games (except week 16) with a maximum 16 games during any one (1) week.
The team winning the game is the winning selection. In the case of a tie, either team selected will count as a win. If a game that is initially part of the contest at the time the promotion begins each week is subsequently postponed until a date beyond the following Monday, then both sides of that game will count as a win.
Each week guests who correctly pick a specified number of the winning teams will qualify for a random point prize which can be redeemed on the following Friday from 10a - 10p. 16 weekly games = 12 or more correct picks, 15 weekly games = 11 or more correct picks, 14 weekly games = 10 or more correct picks, and 13 weekly games = 9 or more correct picks. Weekly point prizes will be valued between $10 and $5,000. Point prize will be award through the MGT kiosks. Guests must swipe their B Connected card at a kiosk to receive their prize.
It is the player's responsibility for verifying the accuracy of their picks prior to selecting the submit button.
Contestants may inquire at the B Connected counter or check Deltadowns.com after 6 PM each Tuesday to see if he/she qualified to play the weekly game the following Friday.
There will be a $100,000 prize pool available to guests who participate in at least 15 of the 17 weeks of card selection and select at least 12 correct teams on at least 15 weekly cards. In the result of multiple winners the $100,000 prize would be split between the winners.
All participants will be awarded one (1) free entry into a year-end drawing for every card with at least one (1) correct pick (one card per week). Sapphire members will receive one (1) additional bonus entry and Emerald members will receive two (2) additional bonus entries for each card with at least one correct pick.
The drawing will be held on Sunday January 15, 2012 from 11 am - 4 pm. Drawings will be held every hour (6 total drawings). Entry activation for the drawing will be from 10 am - 4 pm. The first 5 drawings will draw 19 total winners, $1,000 cash each. The 4 pm drawing will have one (1) winner for two (2) tickets to the super bowl.
Bonus entries may be awarded at the discretion of Boyd Gaming Corporation and Delta Downs Racetrack, Casino and Hotel.
Winners are responsible for any and all taxes and other fees.
Boyd may disqualify any person for any prize based upon fraud, dishonesty, violation of promotional rules or other misconduct whether or not related to this promotion.
Boyd is not responsible for (a) electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in an inability to participate or other loss, (b) theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, (c) lost or unavailable connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Boyd, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a participant's ability to participate in the promotion.
If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Boyd which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this promotion Boyd reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or manipulate any program or equipment to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Boyd reserves the right to seek recourse against any such person to the fullest extent of the law.
Entries will be retained for record keeping purposes in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
All participants agree to grant Boyd Gaming unconditional use of their name and likeness for promotional use without compensation, consideration, notice review or consent.
Employees of Delta Downs Racetrack Casino and Hotel and Micro Gaming Technologies Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, or parent companies and immediate family members of each are not eligible for this promotion. Immediate Family is defined as: mother, father, spouse, children, sister, and brother.
